72H CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival, you will be refunded the full amount you paid in advance.
- If cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival, no refund will be issued and the corresponding amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your reservation outside the established timeframe (less than 72 hours before arrival) or do not show up, the hotel will charge your credit card the equivalent of the first night's stay.
ADVANCE PAYMENTS:
- Payment: The amount corresponding to the first night will be charged 72 hours before arrival.
- For rooms, advance payment for one night is required. The remainder of the stay will be paid directly at the hotel.
- For packages, a prepayment is also required to confirm your reservation.
CUSTOMER RECEPTION AND DEPARTURE HOURS:
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Check-out must be between 10:00 and 12:00.
- Please note that the reception desk is closed from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 9:00 PM onwards. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please contact us at +34 619 78 21 05 (Gloria).
MINORS POLICY:
- The hotel is not recommended for children under 14 years old, and extra beds are only available upon reservation in certain room categories.
PET POLICY:
- Pets must be notified in advance. They are only allowed in the Garden room type and carry a daily fee of €80.00.
VAT AND TOURIST TAX
- All prices include VAT.
- Starting October 1, 2021, a tourist tax of €0.66 per person per day, including VAT, will be applied. This tax must be paid directly at the hotel. It does not apply after the seventh consecutive night of stay or to children up to 16 years of age.
