Humble and traditional, our gastronomy consists of local and seasonal products so that our customers can enjoy the flavors of Baix Empordà. In Mas Rabiol, high-quality and traditional cuisine is our specialty and the protagonist of our gastronomical project.

A typical day in Mas Rabiol begins with a good breakfast, with eggs from our hens and vegetables from the orchard. At the table, you will find pastries, yogurts, omelets, charcuterie, cheeses from Molí de Ger, and amazing desserts like recuit de Fonteta and Nuri d’Ullastret… all accompanied by the best bread, baked in a wood oven in Palau Sator. Our products and ingredients come directly from the best suppliers in the area, some of them are Can Raliu, Formatgeria Aroles, La Balda or Formatgeria de l’Abadessa.

During both lunch and dinner, you can enjoy Gloria’s delicious cuisine, with traditional dishes that will make you feel at home. Our proposal is seasonal: hotpots and slow cooking in autumn and winter, and meals with fresh products during the hottest months, with fish from Cap de Begur, Palamós and Roses, and anchovies from L’Escala.

Don’t forget to make a reservation if you want to enjoy lunch or dinner at our country house! Among our star dishes, there is the “escudella”, the traditional beans and peas, “espatlla de xai”, “costelles de porc”, the meatballs, and the fish stew.

At Mas Rabiol, we also adapt to all kinds of diets. We offer vegetarian or vegan menus (upon request) elaborated with products from our harvest and nearby. Km0 vegetables and fruit make each recipe an authentic culinary experience.
